Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We send all our packages through Aus Post. We currently only allow for shipping within Australia and New Zealand. Please reach out to hello@eightyyards.com.au if you live elsewhere and we can find a solution for you 🤎
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $10.00 AUD flat rate.
Australian Standard Shipping is estimated up to 3-5 business days for dispatch, 1-5 business days (rural area: 3-14 business days) for transit.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is $15.00 AUD flat rate.
Australian Express Shipping is estimated up to 3 business day for dispatch, 1-3 business days for transit to Metropolitan areas or up to 5 business days for remote areas.
For orders over $200 AUD you will receive free standard shipping.
DELIVERY PROCESS
We do appreciate your patience. Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and/or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services. If you have any issues please contact hello@eightyyards.com.au and we will try and help 🤎
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email hello@eightyyards.com.au with your order number. We will then provide the shipping address for you.
Once we have received the return and confirmed adequate condition we will automatically refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@eightyyards.com.au.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and rectify. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
